Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions via the Karabas.pl Ticket Distribution System
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of tickets and merchandise on the karabas.pl website. However, the regulations of organizers of individual artistic events (including performances, concerts, and other events) may impose additional obligations on purchasers not specified in these Terms and Conditions. Each Client has the opportunity to review and accept these Terms and Conditions no later than the moment they express their intention to enter into a ticket purchase agreement with Karabas.pl and an event participation agreement with the Organizer (in both cases, concluded remotely) and is informed of their rights and obligations.
By completing a transaction on the Karabas.pl website, the Client enters into a ticket purchase agreement and an additional merchandise purchase agreement. Tickets and merchandise are sold through the karabas.pl system by GO2SHOW SPÓŁKA Z O. O., NIP: 6751768934, ul. GESIA 8/205, Krakow, postal code 31-535, email: [email protected].
Information about the Organizer for each event is provided in the event description on the website www.karabas.pl. Unless otherwise stated on the website www.karabas.pl, the Organizer is an entrepreneur, and organizing the event falls within its scope of activity.
Karabas.pl is authorized to act on behalf of the Organizer in connection with the conclusion and execution of the participation agreement for the event between the Client and the Organizer.

AGREEMENT AND PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Tickets are sold on the website karabas.pl. Tickets can also be purchased through our partners. Tickets purchased at a point of sale are considered sold upon payment to the operator of the stationary point of sale.
The Client is obligated to exercise due diligence when ordering and paying for tickets. Entering incorrect information, such as the transfer amount, booking number, payment code, or payer details that prevent the Client's identification, may result in payment being refused and the transaction being cancelled.
When the Client purchases tickets, karabas.pl acts as an intermediary between the Event Organizer and the Client. Karabas.pl is responsible for delivering the ticket to the event. The Organizer is obligated to ensure the ticket holder's ability to participate in the event.

Purchasing Tickets on Karabas.pl
After selecting an event on the website, the ticket category and type, and selecting seats on the venue plan where the selected event will take place (for events with numbered seats) or the number of seats/unnumbered packages (for events with unnumbered seats), complete the form with your personal information, and select the payment and ticket delivery method. When paying by traditional bank transfer, by clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button, you confirm your agreement to the terms of the distance contract and reserve a ticket for the selected event. By clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button, you place an order with the obligation to pay and confirm your purchase on www.karabas.pl. A ticket booking confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Client during booking. Once the transfer is completed according to the instructions specified in the initial booking confirmation and the funds are credited to the karabas.pl account, the Client receives an email thanking them for their payment and confirming the payment has been registered in the system. If you chose to pay by card or online via Przelewy24 or PayPal, by clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button, you agree to the terms and conditions of the distance contract and book a ticket for the selected event. Clicking the "Confirm and Pay" button places an order with the obligation to pay and confirms your purchase on www.karabas.pl. The Client is then redirected to the Przelewy24 or PayPal website. Once karabas.pl receives payment confirmation from Przelewy24 or PayPal, a ticket booking confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Client during booking. If home delivery is selected, an e-ticket is sent via email as a link or attachment.
If paying for a ticket via online transfer or card through Przelewy24 or PayPal, the Client receives a payment confirmation via email.
Your booking is processed in the karabas.pl system once karabas.pl receives confirmation of the Client's payment from Przelewy24 or PayPal.
If you have any questions about the accuracy of your booking, please contact our customer service department by email at [email protected].

The maximum delivery time for tickets is 30 days for tickets to events taking place in the Republic of Poland and 60 days for tickets purchased by the Client outside the Republic of Poland (provided the Client provides a valid delivery address). If the Client provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, delivery may take longer or may not occur due to the Client's fault. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and complete, and complete the appropriate fields on the form. PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS
Depending on the sales channel and the Event Organizer's decision, the following payment methods are available: online transfer, traditional bank transfer, payment card, BLIK, e-wallets, cash, deferred payment, and installment payments. Use of these payment methods requires a separate agreement with the payment system. When paying for purchases at other points of sale, payment is made in accordance with the rules in effect at those points of sale.
When paying by card, after confirming a reservation through the e-ticket service (by clicking the "Confirm and Pay" field), the Client will be redirected to the payment system's website. Before entering your payment card number, ensure that the redirect is correct, that you are on the payment system's website, and that the connection is encrypted (the website address must begin with "https://"). The payment system is responsible for the processing and security of payment card transactions made on the payment system's website, in accordance with the payment system's terms and conditions.
When paying by card, select the card type (the following card types are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MasterCard Electronic), enter the 16-digit card number, the card expiration date, and the CVV2/CVC2 code located on the back of the card. If a ticket reservation is cancelled through the Karabas sales system due to payment made after the 15-minute period set by the payment system, Karabas will not be liable to the Client for the inability to purchase tickets at the originally selected price (in particular, if tickets for the event are sold out, the ticket price has increased, or only higher-priced tickets are available on Karabas).
If you have chosen to pay by traditional bank transfer, payment must be made as soon as possible. Payment must be made according to the instructions in the booking confirmation. The transfer amount must match the amount stated in the booking confirmation; in particular, it must not be rounded up or split into multiple transfers. The transfer number must match the number stated in the booking confirmation. It will take 72 hours from the time of booking for funds to be credited to your Karabas account. After this time, the reservation will be cancelled, and the tickets will be returned to the general list of tickets available for sale. A cancelled order cannot be restored; a new order can only be placed. In this case, Karabas cannot guarantee the availability of the selected tickets. If payment is received after the above deadline, the Client will only be entitled to a refund.
A VAT invoice will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided by the Client during the booking process. You can also request an invoice by emailing [email protected], indicating the reservation number, amount, and the details of the company to which the invoice should be issued.
